How to make 8-inch yogurt chiffon cake

5. Add sugar for the third time to make lines. Beat at high speed until there is resistance in the foam. Then beat from high speed, medium speed or low speed.

8. Add yogurt and mix well

9. Sift in the mixed low-gluten flour and corn starch, cut and stir until the mixture is evenly mixed without particles.

10. Take a portion of the egg whites and cut and stir to mix evenly.

11. Pour into the egg whites and continue to mix.

12. Pour the mixed batter into the mold, shake out the bubbles, and put it into the preheated oven at 150 degrees for 50 minutes.

13. Shake out the heat immediately after taking it out of the oven and turn it upside down until it cools down.
