15. Divide the dough into three equal parts and let it rest for 15 minutes, then cover with plastic wrap.

16. Roll the dough into a rectangle and then roll it up.

17. Put it into the toast mold and cover it with plastic wrap for the second fermentation.

18. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven and put the bread into the toast mold for fermentation for 70 minutes. The toast mold should be 80% full.

19. Put the custard sauce into the piping bag.

20. When the toast mould is 80% full for the second fermentation, take out the piping and decorate it, then put on the lid.

21. Preheat the oven to 200° and bake for 40 minutes.
