Cranberry toast recipe

Cranberry toast is a dish rich in nutritional value. It is easy to make, and the dish is colorful, fragrant and delicious. The taste is neither salty nor bland, just right. This dish looks like it can help people increase their appetite and aid digestion. Making a dish like this when you go home can also help kill time.

1. Material list except butter

2. Put all the ingredients except butter and dried cranberries into a food processor and knead the dough. Start by switching from the first gear to the second gear and knead the dough for 20 minutes.

3. After 10 minutes, the film is ready to form.

4. Add butter and knead the dough again at the second speed for 20 minutes.

5. The kneaded dough has already formed a film, so take it out and organize it.

6. Toss the dough back and forth using a throwing motion.

7. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.

8. Put it into the pot and prepare for fermentation and cover it with a lid.

9. Turn on the fermentation mode in the oven and let the fermentation take about 60 minutes.

10. The dough that has been fermented for the first time should be fine if it does not bounce back when you poke it with your hand.

11. Take it out and let out the air. Press it with your fist to let out the air.

12. Turn it over and do it again.

13. Divide the dough into three equal parts, roll them into balls and let them rest for 15 minutes, covered with plastic wrap.

14. Chop the dried cranberries into small pieces and set aside

15. After 5 minutes, roll the dough into a rectangle. Chop the dried cranberries in advance and spread them on the dough.

16. Fold it up again and repeat this action to roll the three doughs into a long circle.

17. Put three doughs into the toast mold and prepare for the second fermentation.

18. Cover the toast mold with a lid and put it in the oven for the second fermentation.

19. In order to see it clearly, I combined the two doughs and compared them before and after fermentation.

20. The second fermentation takes longer, about 80 minutes.

21. Preheat the oven to 190° for 10 minutes. My thermometer showed about 180°. Put the toast mold in. Finally, set the oven temperature to 190° for 40 minutes. My thermometer showed 180°. Bake until the end.

22. This is the baking process.

23. Remove from the mould and place on the grid immediately after baking.

24. After cooling, decorate it and it will look cute!

25. Cut open some of the cranberries to see if they are inside. The cranberries are not obvious when rolled up.

26. Just tear it open and see how it goes! It tastes good and fragrant!
