How to make Matcha Latte Cake

1. Prepare ingredients and weigh flour

12. Take out a small bowl of egg cream and add a little matcha powder and mix well.

13. Put it into the piping bag, cut off the sharp corners and set aside

14. Then prepare a six-inch removable bottom mold, pour the cake batter into it, smooth the surface, and shake out the bubbles.

15. Use a piping bag filled with matcha paste to squeeze two circles, and use a skewer to draw eight lines from the outside to the inside to form the lace.

16. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, bake in the middle and lower layers for 40 to 45 minutes, bake for 10 minutes until the surface is set, cover with tin foil and continue baking

17. After baking, take out and let it dry naturally without turning it upside down.

18. After cooling, remove from the mold and cut into pieces

19. The internal structure is very delicate and soft
