Pour another layer of mousse paste, put diced fruit around it, pour 30 grams of dragon fruit puree in the middle, put 4 diced dragon fruit around the dragon fruit puree for support, and then pour the mousse paste. Note that you cannot pour it from the middle, but from the periphery, then turn it to the middle, use a spatula to slightly flatten it, gently shake the mold and the mousse paste will be flat. Refrigerate for 4 hours. You can use a hot towel or a hair dryer to remove it from the mold.
