Sugar-soaked cherry bread recipe

For some people who have basically no cooking skills, cooking by themselves is difficult for them. Many people want to learn how to make some home-cooked dishes. The method of candied cherry bread is very easy. Even if you have no basic knowledge and never cook, you can master the cooking method of this dish quickly after learning.

1. Weigh the ingredients and set aside. Use a food processor to blend the candied cherries and cherry syrup and set aside.

2. When the water and butter are heated to 30-40 degrees, add yeast and stir evenly, then add sugar, salt and beaten eggs and set aside.

3. Mix the above ingredients (except butter and custard sauce) together, put them into a dough mixer, and knead for 30 minutes.

4. Cut the butter into small pieces and pour it into the dough mixer, knead it together with the dough for another 10 minutes.

5. If the dough can be pulled into a thin film, it means the dough has been kneaded successfully. Let it ferment at room temperature for 40 minutes. (You can take a short break)

6. Divide the fermented dough into small balls of 100 grams each and let them relax for 20 minutes. (This amount can make 6)

7. De-air the dough, flatten it, spread it with custard sauce (I forgot to do so when taking the photo), and place the candied cherry meat on the sauce.

8. Roll into a cylindrical shape first, then roll into a spiral shape.

9. Put the rolled dough into the oven and let it rise for 40 minutes (30 degrees).

10. Squeeze custard sauce on the surface of the fermented dough, put it into the oven, and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes at upper heat and 190 degrees for lower heat.
