1. Dice the ham and banana.

2. After the black and white rice are steamed and cooled, add salt, white vinegar, sugar and oil and mix well.

3. Slice the carrots.

4. Beat the eggs and cut the pancakes into shreds.

5. Cut the dragon fruit peel into shreds.

6. Since I didn’t have a removable bottom cake pan, I used a round food box. (It is not a removable bottom, so you need to cover the entire bottom with plastic wrap, otherwise the rice will not be easy to remove from the mold.)

7. Place a layer of white rice on the bottom and press it down with the back of a spoon. (The color at the bottom will be the surface of the cake after it is turned upside down. Think about the color you want!)

8. Sprinkle a layer of diced ham and press down.

9. Then spread a layer of black rice and compact it.

10. Sprinkle a layer of diced bananas and press firmly.

11. Spread a layer of white rice and compact it.

12. Spread another layer of black rice and compact it.

13. Finally, turn it upside down onto a plate.

14. Garnish with carrot slices, shredded eggs, and diced dragon fruit.
