1. Prepare the ingredients and separate the egg white and yolk.

4. Add eggs and mix well.

5. Sift the low-gluten flour and stir until it is smooth and free of particles.

6. Add vinegar to egg white and beat until it forms bubbles, then add one third of sugar.

7. Beat until the foam becomes fine and then add one third of sugar.

8. When obvious lines appear, add the last third of sugar.

9. Keep beating until you can pull out short, upright pointed corners!

10. Take one-third of the egg whites and mix well with the egg yolk paste.

11. Pour the egg yolk paste back into the remaining egg whites and mix evenly.

12. Pour into the mold, smooth it and shake out the bubbles.

13. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees and bake for 40 minutes, then bake at 120 degrees for 10 minutes. The temperature and time are for reference only. The temperature of my oven is a bit high.

14. Cut the cake into three slices, spread cream and put fruits on it, then decorate the top with your favorite flowers and place the prepared chocolate mahjong on it. The beautiful cake is ready!
