1. Cut the white radish into thin slices and the pork belly into slices.

Bacon Radish Slices

Ingredients: 100g bacon, 300g white radish, 2 scallions, 1 chili, 2 cloves of garlic

Seasoning: 1 tbsp dried scallop powder, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp wine

1. Slice the white radish, cut the green onion into oblique sections, cut the pepper into oblique slices, slice the garlic, and slice the bacon for later use

2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add bacon and fry until slightly charred, then add garlic slices, chili peppers, scallion whites, white radish slices, soy sauce, wine, scallop powder, and white vinegar and fry briefly, then add scallion greens and stir fry evenly.
