Butter cheese cookies recipe

Chinese people have always been particular about food. How well one eats is often linked to a person's living standard. We should not treat three meals a day casually. Some people may find it troublesome and too lazy to cook for themselves. In fact, butter cheese cookies are easy to make. It only takes a little time to complete them. You might as well give it a try.

1. Prepare ingredients, baking tools, and soften butter and cheese in advance.

2. Beat butter and salt until smooth, then add cheese and beat until combined.

3. Add powdered sugar at least three times and beat until smooth. Then add fine granulated sugar twice and beat until the butter becomes larger and lighter in color.

4. Add the egg liquid in two or more batches and beat until evenly mixed, then add the vanilla extract and continue beating until evenly mixed.

5. Add milk powder to low-gluten flour and sift it into the butter paste more than three times. Mix it evenly each time using cutting and mixing techniques until there are no dry powder particles. However, do not overmix to avoid forming gluten.

6. After mixing, quickly put it into a bag and squeeze out the flowers. You can add cranberries, raisins and other decorations on it according to your personal preference. It looks good and tastes good.

7. While the oven is preheating at 160 degrees, you can put the squeezed cookies and the baking tray in the refrigerator for ten minutes (for the pattern to take shape better). Bake at 160 degrees on the middle layer for about 15 minutes until the edges turn slightly yellow.

8. Turn off the oven and leave it in to simmer for a few minutes before taking it out.
