Spaghetti Bolognese (homemade)

The fast-paced life has slowly affected people. In order to pursue a high-efficiency life, people often have to sacrifice quality, even when eating. Spaghetti Bolognese (home version) is a simple dish that allows you to enjoy the beauty of simplicity even in a rapidly developing city.

1. Prepare the ingredients for meat sauce! Since I didn’t buy celery, I used regular celery instead!

2. Chop onions, carrots, celery and garlic into small pieces!

3. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan, add the minced meat and stir-fry until golden!

4. Then add garlic, onion, carrot and celery in turn and stir-fry until fragrant, then add appropriate amount of salt to season!

5. Finally, add pasta tomato sauce and appropriate amount of water!

6. Cover the pot and cook until the water is dry!

7. Boil water in another pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, then put in the pasta. Use chopsticks to circle the pasta to make it look like the picture! Cook until there is no white center in the noodles, which means it is cooked!

8. Pour the cooked pasta into the cooked sauce, stir well and serve!

9. Use a fork to roll the pasta into the shape as shown in the picture, then pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil and it is ready to eat!

Eating too much condiments in restaurants for a long time is not good for your health. The recipe of spaghetti bolognese (home version) is simple and does not require any condiments, so it is guaranteed to be healthy.
