How to make baked tofu with colorful vegetables

After a busy day of work and study, it is really tiring to prepare dinner with an hungry body. The method of baked tofu with colorful vegetables is simple and easy to learn. All you need is a wok. There is no need to fry, deep-fry or stew. You can enjoy the delicious taste by serving it with clear soup.

1. Wash and slice the tofu, blanch the tomatoes in hot water, peel and chop them, and wash and chop the onions.

2. Peel the corn kernels and break the green and red peppers into small pieces with your hands.

3. Fry until both sides are golden brown.

4. Turn on the fire and heat the pan. Add olive oil into the pan and after it is heated, put the tofu in and fry.

5. Do not pour out the remaining olive oil in the pot. Keep the fire on. Add onions and butter and stir-fry. Then add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, and Italian mixed spices and stir-fry evenly.

6. Add some warm water and boil over high heat.

7. After four or five minutes, the sauce becomes thick and only a little water remains.

8. Add bell peppers, green peppers and corn kernels, stir-fry for about two minutes and then turn off the heat.

9. Wash and dry the oven-safe bowl, place tofu on the bottom layer (this is the first layer), colorful vegetables on the second layer, tofu on the third layer, and colorful vegetables on the fourth layer on top.

10. Finally, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the surface. You can add more if you like.

11. Put it in the oven. No need to preheat. Put it directly into the middle layer of the oven. Bake at 150 degrees for 10 minutes.

12. You can eat it right away after taking it out. Be careful with the heat...
