Black pepper chicken burrito recipe

Only when we are healthy can we work better and enjoy all the good things in life. It is very frustrating if our health is damaged by improper diet. The black pepper chicken burrito is simple to make and contains a variety of nutrients needed by the human body, which is very good for health.

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices the same size as the whole piece. Add the right amount of salt! Light soy sauce, cornstarch, cooking oil, and a little cooking wine! Marinate for two hours and coat with breadcrumbs.

3. Fry the chicken breast covered with breadcrumbs in a frying pan over low heat until both sides are golden brown, then place on a plate for later use.

4. Brush a layer of cooking oil on the pan. Use low heat to scoop a tablespoon of evenly stirred flour and egg and spread it evenly in the pan. Fry over low heat until cooked through.

5. Dilute the flour with appropriate amount of cold water, add 4 eggs and stir evenly in one direction.

6. Peel the potatoes and soak them in cold water for five minutes! Add oil and salt and fry until cooked! This is the finished product of frying.

8. Take a piece of pancake, flatten it, put the chicken in it and spread tomato sauce on it.

9. Add shredded potatoes. Just roll it up.
