How to make hamburger buns

If you want to be healthy, you must not only have good living habits, but also pay attention to your eating habits. Only a healthy diet can fundamentally guarantee human health. Cooking at home is undoubtedly cleaner and healthier than eating out. The method of making hamburger buns is simple. Even if time is limited, you can make it at home.

1. Put all the bread ingredients into the bread machine in the order of milk, sugar, eggs, salt, high-gluten flour and baking powder. Use the kneading function to knead for a quarter of an hour, then add corn oil and continue kneading until it is completed. The total kneading time is forty-five minutes!

2. Put it into the bread machine and let it ferment until it is 2.5 times larger!

3. Take out and knead evenly to release the air. Divide into four small doughs of the same size, cover with plastic wrap and relax for fifteen minutes!

4. Knead the relaxed dough into a round shape and put it into a round mold. If you don’t have a mold, cover it with greaseproof paper and put it on a baking tray. Then put it into the oven and adjust the temperature to 30 degrees. Put a bowl of boiling water in the oven for secondary fermentation!

5. Ferment until it is 2.5 times larger!

6. Brush the surface with egg liquid and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes!

7. Remove from oven, let cool and demould!
