If you are not in a hurry, it is recommended to cool it automatically, which is safer. Remember to unplug the pressure valve and release the air before opening the pot. As long as there is no heat, don't fill the pot too full with water, 1/3~23 will be enough. After the water boils, add the rice and cover it with a lid after it boils. First use high heat until the pot starts to steam, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Pay special attention to the safety rules for operating pressure cookers. Here are a few points to note:

1. The water level does not exceed three quarters of the total height

2. Make sure the leather ring and the air pressure valve are clean and the air pressure valve must not be blocked.
