20. Put enough water in the steamer and brush a thin layer of oil on the grate.

21. Put the sugared buns into the steamer

22. Steam over high heat. After the steam comes out, turn to medium heat and steam for 25 minutes.

23. After steaming, turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes before uncovering

24. Take out the buns and let them cool down slightly
