Methods/Steps

The first step is to scrub the shells of the clams clean, rinse them several times, then fill a basin with appropriate amount of water, cover the clams, add a few drops of vinegar, add some salt, and let it sit for two hours to allow the sand to spit out.

The second step is to wash and cut the onions, ginger, peppers and green onions to be used and set aside.

The third step is to prevent the clams from spitting out sand completely and affecting the taste, you can pour the clams into an iron pot and boil them again with water. , stirring constantly.

Step 4: Wait until all the clams are open, rinse them repeatedly in a basin, drain and set aside.

Step 5. Heat the pan and add oil. Add ginger, onion and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 6. Pour the clams into the pot, add salt, cooking wine and soy sauce and stir-fry. When cooked, add onions and the delicious onion fried clams are ready.

Precautions

You can add a little more cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and enhance the flavor.
