Use your hands to stretch the dough until it is like dry loofah with many small pores. 14. Add some dry flour and knead the dough until it is smooth. 15. Roll the dough into long strips on a panel and cut into egg-sized pieces. 16. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a skin. The skin should not be too thin. 17. Pick up the dough, pick up a piece of pork ribs with chopsticks, and then use a spoon to scoop some kidney beans and put them into the dough. 18. Pinch the edges of the dough tightly (as shown in the picture). 19. These are the finished buns. Wrap all the dough and meat fillings in order. 20. Place the wrapped buns on the steamer as shown in Figure 12. Let them rest again for about 15 minutes. Then steam them on high heat for 25 minutes and then steam them for 5 minutes. 21.
