How to make coarse grain three-grain flour steamed cake

1. Prepare food ingredients

2. Slice the pumpkin and put it in a microwave bowl

3. Heat in the microwave on high for 4 minutes

4. Blend it into a puree in a blender and let it cool for a while.

5. Mix all the flour and yeast and sift them

6. Reserve 1/3 of the mixed flour for purple potato flour, and pour the remaining mixed flour into pumpkin flour.

7. Pour appropriate amount of milk into purple potato flour and mix into purple potato flour

8. Add another piece of white flour. Now you have all three kinds of flour. In summer, you can make the dough directly without proofing. In winter, you can proof it for 30 minutes.

9. Prepare a high temperature resistant rectangular box and brush oil inside

14. Steam over medium heat for 30 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 1 or 2 minutes, open the lid and place upside down on the wire rack

15. Cut into pieces and eat immediately
