1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, put the flour and sugar in a bowl, pour in the dissolved yeast, then use warm (about 35 degrees) milk to knead the flour into dough, and place it in a warm place until the sugar rises to twice its original size.

2. Divide the risen dough into 12 pieces and knead them until smooth.

3. In the order shown in the picture, roll out the dough, brush it with oil, sprinkle some flour, and then fold the left and right sides towards the middle. Then turn it over and use the back of a knife to press horizontal lines on the surface.

4. Pass the chopsticks under the noodles, then lift the chopsticks a little, pull the lower left corner of the noodles open, and pull it from the bottom to the upper right with the chopsticks. Similarly, pull the lower right corner of the noodles open, and pull it from the bottom to the upper left with the chopsticks, and press it tightly against the back of the noodles, so that it becomes the shape of a conch.

5. Pull out the chopsticks and shape them appropriately. Leave it for six or seven minutes.

6. Put cold water in the pot and put a cloth on the steamer. Arrange the conch shells. Turn on the heat, steam for 15 minutes after it is cooked through, and serve.
