Egg, leek and meat - noodle recipe

13. When cooking noodles, add cold water twice to prevent the water from overflowing and the noodles from becoming hard.

14. Rinse the noodles twice with cold water, as shown in the picture.

15. Find a bowl to put the noodles in, add the sauce on top, and prepare to eat.
