How to make Thai banana pancakes

1. First, blanch the dough evenly with hot water, then add cold water and mix well with sugar for 20 minutes.

2. Then add oil, cover with plastic wrap and sugar for 1 hour.

3. When the sugar has 5 minutes to rise, beat the eggs and slice the bananas for later use.

4. Grease the chopping board with oil and toss or roll it into a thin pancake.

5. Put a little oil in a non-stick pan, add egg liquid and banana slices, wrap them and fry both sides until golden brown.

6. Sprinkle condensed milk on top before serving.
