How to make four fresh dumplings

Although we can eat some delicious food when eating out, we should know that these things may not be so delicious in themselves, but because they are added with excessive seasonings. The method of making four-fresh dumplings is simple. If you don’t want to eat too many seasonings, you might as well learn to make it at home.

1. Put 3 bowls of noodles in a clean bowl.

2. Pour water and knead the dough at the same time, making sure the basin, dough and hands are all shiny (add water little by little).

3. Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rest.

17. Pour in the seasoning (oyster sauce, sesame oil, thirteen spices, chicken essence, salt) and mix well.

18. Roll the kneaded dough into long strips and cut into pieces (turn it after cutting).

19. Press the dough and roll it into a round piece that is thick in the middle and thin on both sides. Put the filling into the skin and wrap it up

20. Place the wrapped dumplings neatly on the plate

21. Put the boiling water into the pot and boil it for three times.

22. The dumplings with thin skin and large fillings are ready
