How to make pork and garlic dumplings

2. Knead into a rough dough.

4. While the dough is resting, prepare the filling. The fat-to-lean ratio of pork is 2:8. Cut into small pieces and wash the garlic sprouts.

5. Use a food processor to grind the pork into minced meat.

6. Add oil, five-spice powder, eggs, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and MSG to the minced meat and mix.

7. Stir in one direction until it becomes a thick paste.

8. Add chopped garlic sprouts and salt and stir.

9. Mix the dumpling filling evenly and set aside.

10. Roll the dough into a long shape.

11. Divide into small and even dough pieces and flatten them.

12. Roll it into dough.

13. Take a dough and put the meat filling in it.

14. Wrap into dumplings.

15. After wrapping everything, add water to the wok and heat over high heat.

16. While boiling water, mash the garlic cloves and add dumpling soy sauce, sesame oil and chili oil to make a sauce.

17. Bring the water to a boil, put the dumplings in, and use a colander to push them clockwise along the edge of the pot into the water to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Open the lid and cook until the water boils.

18. After the water boils, add some cold water again and cook until the water boils.

19. After the water boils again, cover the pot and cook. During the process, pay attention to it to prevent the water from overflowing from the pot.

20. When the dumplings are cooked until their belly is puffed up and the skin and stuffing are separated, they are cooked and can be taken out.

21. Serve.
