How to make fried buns

Nowadays, more and more people realize that diet has an important impact on health. Everyone begins to realize the importance of diet, so many people slowly start to cook for themselves. 1. Add yeast and sugar to the flour, slowly add water and stir into dough, knead into soft and smooth dough, cover and let ferment.

4. Add scallion and ginger and stir evenly in the same direction.

5. Cut the cabbage into strips and sprinkle some salt on it and chop it into pieces

8. The dough is fermented until it is twice as large as before. If it does not shrink or collapse when poked with your finger, the fermentation is complete.

9. Divide into eight dough pieces, cover with sugar for ten minutes, take one dough piece, roll it into a round shape, flatten it, and roll it into a round skin that is thick in the middle and thin around the edges.

13. Fry over low heat with lid on for two minutes. Pour half a bowl of hot water from the side of the pot, cover and heat for another eight minutes.

14. Sprinkle in chopped green onions and cooked black sesame seeds, cover for two minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for two minutes.

15. There must be more space between the buns. My buns are a bit crowded.

16. The buns are crispy on the bottom and soft on the outside. They taste great.
