How to make tomato fish soup noodles

I accidentally saw a food tutorial, but didn’t know where to start. In fact, as long as you take action and learn some simple and easy-to-make dishes, you can enjoy the fun. Tomato fish soup powder is quick and easy to make. Before serving, squeeze in lemon juice to enhance the flavor.

1. First, prepare 300 grams of rice noodles and 300 grams of fish with bones. The fish must be fresh! Wash the fungus, onion, ginger and tomatoes.

2. First, use a flat knife to remove the fish bones from the fish.

7. While the fish is marinating, dice the tomatoes, shred the ginger and fungus, and chop the green onions.

8. Add 5 grams of dry starch after the fish fillet is marinated

9. Use your hands to mix the fish fillets with dry starch and set aside

10. Wash the pot and place it on the stove. Add 10 grams of soybean oil and heat it over medium heat until it is 70% hot.

11. Put the chopped fish bones into the pan and fry until both sides are slightly yellow.

12. After the fish bones are fried, add the shredded ginger and tomato cubes and stir-fry over medium heat for one minute.

13. Add about 800 grams of water, put the fungus in the pot, cover the pot and boil over high heat. After cooking for three minutes, simmer for two minutes on low heat.

14. After five minutes, when the soup becomes slightly thicker and whiter, the flavor will be released. Add the rice noodles and the fish fillets that have been prepared with starch into the pot, turn the heat to high and bring to a boil. When the fish fillets turn white, turn the heat to low and simmer.

15. Put a little MSG and black pepper in the pot

16. Sprinkle chopped green onion and mix well before serving. A delicious breakfast is ready.
