How to make steamed buns with pork and radish

The method of making steamed buns, pork and radish is relatively simple. Even if you don’t cook much, you can master it through simple learning.

1. Marinate the meat with chopped green onion seasoning

2. First, slice the washed radish and blanch it in hot water. Take it out and let it cool down before chopping it. Remove excess water and chop half an onion.

3. Add the chopped radish and onion into the marinated meat and mix well.

4. Use yeast to ferment the flour in advance

5. Knead with a little soda powder and let it rest for a few minutes.

6. To prevent the buns from sticking to the steamer, brush them with a little soybean oil and put them into the steamer.

7. Steam with boiling water for 20 minutes.

8. Serve the steamed buns
