How to cook squid stewed with chicken

What can't be eaten with squid?

2. Squid and other seafood must not be eaten with citrus fruits that are high in vitamin C, as this will cause poisoning. Vitamins will reduce certain substances in marine organisms into arsenic trioxide, also known as arsenic.

3. Squid should not be eaten with multiple (three or more) high-protein foods at the same time, as this may easily cause allergies to large molecule proteins.
