2. Add appropriate amount of salt to the flour and mix well

3. Add appropriate amount of hot water [freshly boiled hot water] to the flour

4. Use chopsticks to stir until it becomes floc-like.

5. Wait until the dough is slightly cooler [not too hot to touch], knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it stand for 15 minutes.

6. While the dough is resting, we make pepper oil. Add appropriate amount of cooking oil and peppercorns to the pot, bring the oil to a boil, and fry until the peppercorns are fragrant.

7. Take two spoons of sesame paste and put it in a bowl

8. Pour the pepper oil into the bowl of sesame paste and mix well. [The peppercorns must be taken out.]

9. Add five-spice powder to sesame paste and mix well for later use.

10. Divide the dough into small pieces of your desired size.

11. Take a piece of dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin sheet.

12. Spread the five-spice sesame paste evenly on the rolled dough.

13. Slowly roll up the dough from one side.

14. After rolling the dough, pinch the two sides tightly with your hands [to prevent the five-spice sesame paste crispy biscuits from flowing out when you roll it later]
