How to make dumplings with watermelon rind and pork filling

1. Peel off the watermelon rind and remove the red flesh as much as possible.

2. Use a grater to rub it into shreds, rinse it with clean water, and drain the water

3. Add water to the pork filling and stir clockwise.

4. Add seasoning, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, thirteen spices, cooking wine, and mix well.

5. Add chopped green onions

6. Add corn oil and mix well

7. Finally, add watermelon rind and mix well.

8. Let the dough rest for ten minutes

9. Then roll out the dough and wrap the dumplings. I used two kinds of flour today. One is steamed pumpkin and the other is normal white flour.

10. Steam it for ten minutes after the water boils.
