How to cook braised prawns

When living alone, I often have no motivation to cook. I want to enrich my diet, but I’m worried that I won’t be able to finish it. The dish of braised prawns in oil can solve your troubles. This dish can meet the nutritional needs of the human body every day, and you can control the portion yourself, so a single meal can also be very rich.

1. Prepare 200g prawns

2. The prawns are very dry and salty. Soak them in cold water in the refrigerator overnight (it is easier to peel and the meat is softer).

3. Remove the whiskers and hard shells on the soaked prawns!

4. Dice the ginger and garlic!

5. Cut coriander and garlic sprouts into small pieces!

6. Turn on the gas stove, put 100 ml of peanut oil in the pot, add peppercorns when the oil is 50% hot, and add chopped ginger and garlic to stir-fry!

7. Put the processed prawns in the pan and stir-fry!

8. Add 5 grams of oyster sauce, 5 grams of salt (the prawns themselves are a bit salty), 5 grams of persimmon vinegar, 5 grams of thirteen spices, and 5 grams of braised soy sauce and stir-fry evenly!

9. Add appropriate amount of tap water, cover the pot and simmer for ten minutes (you can also add boiling water)!

10. Collect the juice!

11. Finally, sprinkle with chopped garlic sprouts and coriander and turn off the heat. It’s ready to be served!

12. Make a simple plating and a delicious braised prawns will be presented to everyone!
