How to make bread Christmas tree

The busy life makes many people be careless in their diet, and they deal with their three meals a day casually. Little do they know that this can easily lead to a sub-healthy state of the body. In fact, the bread Christmas tree is simple and delicious to make. It is a recommended home-cooked dish that you may as well eat often.

1. Put all the ingredients except chocolate sauce and decorations into the bread bucket of the bread machine, add yeast

2. Start the dough kneading program and stir the dough until it expands.

3. Cover the bread machine lid and let the dough ferment in the bread machine until it is 2.5 times larger.

4. Take out the air and divide it into 4 equal parts, roll it into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes.

5. Roll out the dough into a 27cm×21cm rectangular dough (it is best to put the dough on wax paper at this time, I forgot so it would be troublesome to handle it later), spread the hazelnut chocolate sauce evenly on the rolled dough, and then cover it with another rolled dough.

6. Cover with the fourth piece of dough until it is finished.

7. Place a clean piece of paper cut into a Christmas tree pattern on top, and cut out the shape of a Christmas tree on the overlapping dough.

8. Balance the lines on both sides of the Christmas tree and twist them twice in the same direction, twisting the shorter one once (if you put wax paper on the baking tray in step 5, just drag the wax paper onto the baking tray)

9. Use the scraps to make three flower shapes and place them on the Christmas tree. Roll up the remaining scraps and place them in the corners of the baking tray (do not place them close to the Christmas tree to avoid sticking to it during the second roll).

10. Place in a sealed environment at 38 degrees and 85% humidity for a second fermentation until it is twice as large.

11. Put it into the preheated oven and bake it at 170 degrees for 25 minutes (the time and temperature are for reference only, please refer to the actual situation of your own oven). After it comes out of the oven, put the Christmas tree on the baking net to cool, and then add the decorations to make it a beautiful product.
