How to make garlic eggplant

Method 1

Preparation ingredients

500 grams of eggplant.

50 grams of garlic, 20 grams of soy sauce, 20 grams of sesame oil, and appropriate amounts of salt and MSG.

Production Process

① Wash and peel the eggplant, cut into pieces, steam in a steamer for about 15 minutes, and place in a plate to cool for later use.

②Peel the garlic, chop it into puree, put it into a bowl, add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and MSG and mix well.

③Pour the sauce on the eggplant and mix well.

Method 2

Garlic Eggplant

Ingredients: long eggplant, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt

1. Wash the eggplant and cut into long strips

2. Place the dish in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes after the water in the steamer is boiled.

3. Squeeze the garlic into a paste, add olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil and a small amount of salt

4. Let the steamed eggplant cool down and pour the prepared garlic paste on top.[2]

Ingredients

300g eggplant, 30g coriander, 30g garlic

Excipients

Oil, salt, soy sauce, red pepper, MSG[1]

1. Prepare the raw materials.

2. Cut the eggplant into long strips.

3. Use a tool to press the garlic into paste.

4. Pour some water into the steamer. After the water boils, steam over high heat for 5 minutes.

5. Take a small bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, pour in a little light soy sauce, add a little boiled water, and then add a little MSG. Pour the mixed sauce onto the steamed eggplant.

6. Pour the mashed garlic on top.

7. Add coriander and red pepper, heat the oil to 90% hot, and pour it on the vegetables. [1]
