Ingredients preparation: Soak deer antler mushrooms in advance; remove skin from pork belly and slice thinly; slice garlic and chili peppers; cut garlic sprouts into sections; julienne green bell pepper.

Blanch the soaked deer antler mushrooms in boiling water, then remove and drain.

After greasing the wok with a little oil, stir-fry the pork belly until the fat is rendered.

Add sliced ββgarlic and chopped chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the deer antler mushrooms and stir-fry briefly.

Add Shaoxing wine, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce to taste. (Seasoning is for reference only; please adjust according to your own taste.) Add a small half bowl of water and simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
