Stir-frying shiitake mushrooms and bok choy is simple; the shiitake mushrooms should be stir-fried first, then watered and salted to soften them before adding the bok choy.

First, pan-fry the shrimp with the side facing down until they are golden brown and crispy.

Flip it over and continue frying, add a little water and oyster sauce, cover and simmer until the sauce thickens; remember to flip it again so the shrimp are coated with the seasoning;

Okra stuffed with shrimp paste is delicious, you must try it;

This stir-fried bok choy with shiitake mushrooms is quick and easy, perfect for packing lunch. The shiitake mushrooms taste great after being braised.
