How to cook braised bream

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays people eat it to prolong their life. So, how can we use "eating" to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of braised bream.

1.1 Make a few cuts on the fish and apply salt on it and marinate for half an hour

2.2 Remove the scales, gills and internal organs of the fish and clean it

3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish until both sides turn slightly yellow.

4. Put the fish aside, add onion, ginger, dried chili pepper, Sichuan pepper and angelica dahurica into the pan and fry until fragrant

5. Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, sugar and a bowl of water, bring to a boil over high heat then change to medium heat

6. Cook for about five or six minutes, add chicken stock and turn off the heat. Serve the fish on a plate. Pour the sauce over the fish and sprinkle with coriander.

The nutritional combination is comprehensive and the preparation method is simple, so anyone with no cooking skills can make it. Don’t just watch this braised bream and don’t do anything. Take action and satisfy your appetite.
