12. Bake at 180°C for the upper tube and 145°C for the lower tube for 20 minutes (the time and temperature are for reference only, please refer to your own oven). After it comes out of the oven, shake it twice and pull the cake onto the baking net with both hands holding the baking paper.

13. Turn the cake upside down, tear off the wax paper at the bottom of the cake, and then cover it with another wax paper to prevent it from drying out. Wait until the cake is cool and then turn it upside down on a larger wax paper.

14. Spread hazelnut chocolate sauce evenly on the surface

15. Use a rolling pin to roll up the cake and refrigerate for about 2 hours to set.

16. Take out the cake roll and remove the wax paper to see the beautiful and cute cow angel cake roll.

17. Cut into pieces and enjoy
