How to make beef brisket stewed with rice

1. Chop celery and pepper into small pieces and cut ginger into shreds.

13. Place the marinated beef on top of the rice. Cover with lid and simmer over medium heat.

14. After simmering for 6 minutes, open the lid and find that the beef is 70% cooked.

15. Use chopsticks to move the beef aside.

16. While the beef is stewing, blanch the lettuce in another pot.

17. Place the lettuce on top of the rice. Crack an egg in the middle and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

18. Cover and simmer for another 6 minutes. Turn off the heat after 6 minutes, do not open the lid immediately, and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.

19. Pour the sauce on top. You can enjoy it
