Prepare the materials:

85g peanut oil, 130g granulated peanut butter, 70g powdered sugar, 1/4 spoon of salt, 200g low-gluten flour, 1/2 spoon of baking powder

Production process:

1. Sift the low-gluten flour, baking powder and salt together.

2. Mix the peanut butter and peanut oil together (a manual egg beater can be used here), then add powdered sugar and beat together (an electric egg beater can be used here to gently beat for 1-2 minutes).

3. Add the sifted powder into the beaten peanut butter and sugar powder mixture and use a spatula to cut and mix into a dough.

4. Pick up an appropriate amount of dough with your hands, gently roll it into balls of appropriate and equal sizes, and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 15 minutes, until there are natural and even cracks on the surface of the biscuits. Touch the surface of the biscuits with your fingers. If it is slightly sticky but you can feel that the biscuits are slightly hard, it is ok. If it is very sticky, it means it is not cooked enough. You can lower the temperature and bake for another 8-10 minutes.

Tips:

1. When you touch the surface of the biscuit with your fingers, it may be very hot, so be careful not to get burned.

2. Do not stir the biscuit dough excessively or knead it repeatedly to prevent the flour from producing gluten. Just mix it until it is basically uniform. It does not need to be formed into beautiful dough balls. Even if there is still a little dry powder, it can be naturally absorbed when rolled into balls.
