How to make 8-inch sausage bacon pizza

2. The second step is to prepare the ingredients (depending on your personal preference), cut the sausage into 10 slices, cut the bacon into about 7 small slices, cut the onion into shreds, slice a few mushrooms, cheese, and the ingredients for the homemade sauce.

3. In the third step, pour the high-gluten flour, low-gluten flour, yeast, white sugar, water, milk powder and egg white into the bread machine for basic fermentation. After twenty minutes, pour in the butter and continue fermentation. Those who don’t have a bread machine can knead the dough by themselves and ferment it with plastic wrap. It will take a long time, so it is recommended to knead it the night before and put it in the refrigerator until it is twice the size of the original dough.

4. The fourth step is to use the fermentation time to make the sauce. Since there is no pizza sauce, I usually make it myself with tomato juice + black pepper juice + chili oil. The taste is better than pizza sauce. Cut the cheese into shreds (it is better to have a grater).

5. Step 5: Grease the pan with butter, fry the prepared onions and mushrooms in the pan for one minute, then pour in the bacon and sausage and fry for one minute, remove and set aside.

6. Step 6. Grease the baking tray with butter. After the dough has fermented, take it out and roll it into a ball with a rolling pin. Place it on the baking tray and twist the dough around it to make it fit evenly with the baking tray. Then wrap it with plastic wrap and ferment it for 10-15 minutes.

7. Step 7. After the dough is ready, poke small holes evenly with a fork, apply the prepared sauce all over the surface of the dough with a brush, sprinkle some cheese shreds sporadically, then evenly place the red sausage, bacon, onion, and mushrooms on it, and finally cover it with cheese shreds and prepare to put it in the oven.

8. Step 8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for five minutes, then put the pizza in the middle layer and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. It is ready ~ freshly baked ~ (Because I prefer crispy food, I baked it for a little longer, the color around it is a little dark, but it does not affect the deliciousness at all)
