Take a bowl and pour in appropriate amount of cooking wine, soy sauce, a small amount of sugar and appropriate amount of star anise powder (I used up all the star anise at home, so I added star anise powder, but it is better to put the whole star anise into the seasoning box). 3.2 Wash and drain the beef ribs, rinse them with water to remove the foam and blood, remove them from the ribs and drain them for later use. 4. Boil about a bowl of water in a pot, put in the blanched beef ribs, seasoning box, and dried chilies, pour in the sauce prepared in step 3, add appropriate amount of salt, cook for a while, and turn off the heat. 5. Put the ribs in the pot into the electric pressure cooker and top them with onions and tomatoes. Set according to the operation of the electric pressure cooker. 6. After half an hour, the fragrant beef ribs are ready. Add the sweet potato and carrot cubes and stew until the taste is just right. Stir evenly and you can serve it on a plate.
