How to cook roasted crucian carp stuffed with meat

5. Stir evenly with chopsticks, then beat vigorously in one direction until the meat filling becomes sticky.

6.1 Put the pot on fire, add appropriate amount of vegetable oil, and heat it until it is 80% to 90% hot;

8. Add the crucian carp and fry.

9. When the bottom is golden brown, turn it over and fry again.

10. When both sides are fried into golden brown, push the fish to the side of the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry. When the garlic cloves turn yellow, scoop out the excess vegetable oil, add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, broth or boiling water, oyster sauce, refined salt and sugar, bring to a boil, cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes;

11. Open the lid of the pot and when the soup becomes thick, cook over high heat until it thickens.

12. Remove the fish from the pot and place it on a plate. Sprinkle with green onions and shredded carrots. Pour the soup from the pot over the fish and serve.
