How to make Beijing-style snack pea yellow

1. Ingredients: peeled old peas, agar, white sugar, water, and alkaline flour.

11. Pour the bean paste into the mold to cool, and cover it with oil paper. (To prevent the surface of the pea paste from cracking after solidification, and to keep it clean and shiny)

12. After cooling for 1 hour, turn the soybeans upside down on a sterilized operating board.

13. Cut into pieces, arrange on a plate and garnish with Beijing cake before serving.
