Ingredients: pork belly, potatoes, ginger, dried chili peppers, soy sauce, bean paste, rock sugar, salt, and cooking oil. Method: 1. Wash the pork belly and cut into pieces; peel and wash the potatoes, cut into large pieces; wash and slice the ginger; 2. Ingredients: 500g pork belly with skin, 250g potatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 small piece of ginger, 3 star anise, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 grass fruit. Method: 1. Seasoning: 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 6 grams of salt, 20 grams of rock sugar, 1 tablespoon cooking wine. 2. Method:

1. Wash the pork belly, cut it into cubes, put cold water in a pot to cover the pork surface, boil it over high heat for 15 minutes, rinse the meat with cold water to remove the raw meat smell, and wipe it dry;

5. Add clean water (the amount of water should cover the meat), bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 45 minutes. Add potato cubes and cook for another 15 minutes. After the potatoes are seasoned, turn to high heat and cook until the soup thickens. Serve.
