1. Mix flour, buckwheat flour and starch together.

8. Wrap the dough tightly with a wet cloth and put it into the steamer.

9. Start steaming with cold water, and steam for 30 minutes after the water boils.

10. Remove the steamed dough from the steamer and place it on an iron rack to cool thoroughly.

11. After the dough has cooled, wrap it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for more than 5 hours. Then take it out and cut it into rolling pieces for later use.

12. Put the garlic into a garlic press, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt, and then mash it into garlic paste.

13. Pour the mashed garlic into a bowl, add appropriate amount of cold boiled water, mix well and set aside.

14. Take out the refrigerated sausage and cut it into rolling pieces.

15. Heat the frying pan and pour in cooking oil. Put the sliced ​​sausage into the hot oil and fry until the skin is crispy and browned.

16. Put the fried sausage into a plate.

17. Pour garlic juice on top and serve. Use long bamboo sticks to eat.
