1. Prepare the necessary raw materials.

2. Dilute the yogurt with a little hot water, pour in 50 grams of white sugar and a spoonful of yeast powder and stir to fully dissolve the yeast and sugar.

3. Add eggs to the flour and then slowly add the milk mixture and knead into a smooth dough. After kneading, add butter softened at room temperature and knead again.

4. Put the dough in a plastic bag, seal the bag, and place it in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size. (In winter, you can put it on the heater for an hour and that will be fine).

5. Degas the fermented dough on the chopping board and knead it until smooth.

6. Divide the deflated dough into small doughs of the same size, roll them into balls, cover with plastic wrap and allow to ferment again (do not cut the dough too large because it needs to ferment again, otherwise it will be difficult to cook).

7. After fermenting for 15 minutes, take a dough and use the mooncake mold flower piece to press down with your palm to make a pattern on it. (My technique is slightly different because I am taking a photo. I press down with my palm)

8. Make all the small doughs to make raw wedding cakes.

9. Brush a thin layer of oil on the baking pan or frying pan, and fry when the oil is hot until both sides are golden brown.

10. After frying the front side, stand the pancake upright, roll it and fry the sides until golden brown.

11. Peel the pickled mustard tuber and cut it into small cubes. Steam the glutinous rice in a steamer (it can be steamed in advance). Quickly blanch the corn kernels in boiling water, remove and drain for later use.

12. Pour a little oil into the wok, and when the oil is hot, add the diced pickled mustard tuber and stir-fry until fragrant.

13. Pour in the glutinous rice and corn kernels, add a spoonful of white sugar and stir-fry until the rice is loose and the white sugar is evenly absorbed.

14. Take a fried wedding cake, cut it open from the side with a knife, and add pickled mustard and glutinous rice filling when eating.
