How to make fresh peach milk juice: 1. Wash and peel the peaches, squeeze the juice and put it in a cup; 2. Add milk, sugar and ice cubes, stir well and drink.

Method three : Peach milk jelly 1. Heat the peach juice in water. 2. Heat the gelatin powder in water to melt, then add it to the hot peach juice. 3. After the liquid has cooled, take half of it and put it into the mold and refrigerate it to form. 4. Then place the peaches in the frozen mold, pour in the other half of the liquid and freeze. 5. Heat the milk in a water bath, then heat the gelatin powder in a water bath to melt it and add it to the milk. 6. Pour the prepared milk into the mold in step 4 and put it in the refrigerator to solidify.

Peach pulp is rich in protein, fat, sugar, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B, vitamin C, carotene, organic acids (mainly malic acid and citric acid) and a large amount of water. These ingredients can supplement the nutritional needs of the human body. In addition, peaches contain more potassium and less sodium, so they are suitable for patients with edema and iron deficiency anemia.
