How to cook beef with green vegetables

The combination of meat and vegetables is an excellent combination in the diet. Vegetables are rich in nutrients, almost the same as meat, but eating only vegetables or only meat is not good for your health. Therefore, braised meat with vegetables is a very good choice. Beef is very rich in iron, and eating more beef can also strengthen your body. Braised beef with green vegetables is a common way of eating. So how do you make it?

1. Method 1

Select fresh beef and vegetables, wash and cut all the ingredients. Slice the beef, chop the vegetables, and cut the garlic and ginger into shreds. Add appropriate amount of seasoning (salt, cooking wine, vinegar, starch, etc.) to the beef and marinate for fifteen minutes. Heat oil in a pan on the fire, first fry the shredded ginger, garlic, chili, peppercorns, etc., then add the beef and stir-fry briefly. Then add cooking wine. Add greens and coriander and stir-fry until cooked. Add salt and chicken stock until the flavor is absorbed.

2. Method 2

Slice the beef, add cold water in an iron pot, put the beef slices in, add one tablespoon of light soy sauce, one tablespoon of rice wine, and half a tablespoon of chili. Take another pot and add oil to stir-fry the vegetables! Fry until 70% done and serve. Add sugar and salt, serve, and sprinkle with a handful of garlic leaves.

3. Method 3

Buy high-quality beef from the supermarket. It is best to choose cooked beef, as it tastes better when cooked. It also takes less time. Wash the vegetables and set aside. Peel the garlic, wash it, and crush it on the chopping board. If you don’t like the taste of garlic, you can choose not to add garlic. Cooked beef no longer has much fishy smell. Wash the pot and turn on the fire. When the pot is hot, add a tablespoon of cooking oil. After the oil boils, carefully put the garlic into the pot and stir-fry until you smell the aroma. Add a spoonful of the reserved bean paste, put the cooked beef into the pot and stir-fry together. Stir fry continuously and mix well, otherwise the taste will be bad. After 10 minutes, add the vegetables and continue to stir-fry. After the vegetables have wilted, pour in 2 to 3 bowls of water (the bowls are basically small bowls for eating), cover the pot and boil. Wait 3 to 4 minutes. After that, you can lift the lid of the pot to taste the food. According to your personal taste, you can add salt, MSG and other seasonings to make it taste better. Stir-fry again.
