No-failure sweet and sour spareribs recipe

1.Cut the ribs into pieces and wash them.

2.1 Rinse the blanched ribs with cold water to remove the foam, drain and set aside.

3.2 Blanch in boiling water for a few minutes and serve.

4.1 Pour boiling water into the pot, and make sure the amount of water covers the ribs.

5.2 Pour oil into the pan, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in the ribs and stir-fry briefly until the oil comes out.

6. Start adding seasonings to the pot: 100ml vinegar (10 spoons of rice spoon), 15g rock sugar (about 7/8 rock sugar), 20ml light soy sauce, 10ml rice wine, and 2 bay leaves.

7. Cover the pot and cook over high heat.

8. After about 20 minutes, turn to low heat and start to thicken the soup. When the soup is thickening, stir it constantly with a spatula to prevent it from sticking to the pot.

9. When the soup is almost dry, turn off the heat and serve.
