The second step is to soak the purchased casing in warm water for about 15 minutes, put one end of the casing on the mouth of the water bottle, and tie a knot at the other end;

The third step is enema. Don't fill it too full. Use a toothpick to poke some small holes in the airy places while filling. After filling it all over, choose the appropriate size and tie it with cotton thread. It took me an hour to cut the meat, but it took me just over ten minutes to almost finish stuffing it! It was so satisfying!

Step 4: Bake at 170 degrees Fahrenheit/76 degrees Celsius for 12-13 hours. Place wax paper or tin foil under the grill to catch any dripping oil.

Grilled pork sausages

500 grams of pork sausages, appropriate amounts of garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil.
